Lincoln City Football Club Sport and Education Trust is currently running a ‘Get Onside’ project supported by BBC Children in Need.
In its first six months the project has seen a wide range of sporting sessions arranged for all ages. Many of these sessions are free or have a minimal charge.

In addition to the sessions above, Lincoln City Football Club Sport and Education Trust is also in the process of arranging an exciting event ‘The Summer Festival of Sport’ taking place on 30th August.
The event promises to be an action packed day full of sporting fun for all the family. There will be a multitude of different sports and activities to try in ‘Give it a go’ zones, such as Archery, Tennis, Cricket and more! These zones will also be run by local sports clubs who will provide information on how to get regularly involved in each type of sport!
If you fancy a challenge, every 30 minutes in the ‘Match Zone’ there will be different games taking place that all ages can join in with!
Alongside the above there will be an inflatable penalty shoot-out, refreshments all day and more still to be announced! Certainly a free day of activities not to be missed!
Taster events are also taking place on 8th and 15th August.

Lincoln City Football Club Sport and Education Trust is currently looking for sponsors for these events. Sponsors will allow a wider variety of activities for more to try such as Tug of War, Sumo Suits and Zorb balls!
