Like it or not, the cold weather will soon be with us, so now may be the ideal time to look at ways to save money on your energy bills.
Anyone can register for the Lincolnshire Energy Switch, as long as they are a resident in the county. You don’t even need to be a homeowner.
All you need is your annual gas or electric statement or bills covering the last 12 months.
Once you’ve registered your interest, energy suppliers will then be invited to compete with their best offers.
Offer letters stating the potential savings will be then sent to your address or by email and you could be saving hundreds of pounds before you know it.
To take advantage of this offer, just visit www.lincoln.gov.uk/switch before Monday 10 October.
If you’re not able to register online, you can register with your local council or by calling 0800 048 8439.
It’s open to all energy users, whether you are on dual fuel, electric only, pay monthly or quarterly or have a prepayment meter.
The scheme is organised by City of Lincoln Council along with Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council, Lincolnshire County Council, South Kesteven District Council, North Kesteven District Council and West Lindsey District Council and is administered by the UK’s leading collective switching expert, iChoosr Ltd
