Christmas Sacks 2017

Posted on 4th December, 2017 by Lincoln Against Poverty

Once again this year, City of Lincoln Council staff have supported the fantastic Christmas Sacks Project, which is run by Bridge Church.

Last year the project helped more than 300 families in Lincoln and the surrounding area have a better Christmas than they could perhaps afford. This was done by giving gifts to each member of the household, as well as a food hamper with extra treats.

If you would like to help this project, Christmas Sacks is looking for volunteers to sort, wrap and deliver the presents donated for this year’s appeal. Please click below for further information on the volunteering opportunities available.
